Syncmonkey - a great monitoring software

That this product supports our custom fields that we create along with its user friendly features that enables us to use our data in our desired formats without any difficulty. Also customer support helps me during my working hours that i face anytime i have problems while uploading documents or even sending emails using syncmonkey. I would like to recommend you to try the demo version so that you can see how it works. We are solving many issues related to time tracking which is difficult to do

Helpful and user friendly for IT Support

I liked most that everything can be done from one place - not having multiple tools or applications needed! Also being able to see what users have access too which allows me know who needs training where they are lacking knowledge when troubleshooting issues with our clients computers etc.. There were some things we couldnt figure out how t fix but thats ok because there's always something new coming up so you just keep learning!! Love using TSO for School Districts

I like that we can have our own custom fields so when you are dealing with multiple clients or different types of services this helps us keep track of everything very easily! Also being able to create new tabs within each client's account has been helpful too since sometimes they don't use some things from other accounts but still need access to those files. Sometimes there isn’t much room left after adding folders and subfolders which could be improved upon. We also had issues at first where…
