Although I make most of my videos with a camera, I don't always take it with me unless I'm planning something. I have one of those plastic cell phone stabilizers in the car and while it's fine, I don't think it's reliable enough. Because of the way my phone sits in it, it feels like even a small dent could knock it out, so I'm always very careful when using it. Your phone won't go anywhere with this clip! It's big enough to fit almost any phone and is fully adjustable for a perfect fit. The processing is very good and durable. If you're considering a phone holder, spend a few more bucks and get a metal one. UPDATE: I bought three of these mounts in the past year. Not because they broke or anything. I still have one on my phone stabilizer and two on Manfrotto mini tripods, one in my camera bag and the other in my truck. I still think these are the highest quality phone mounts out there.
