Excellent pastry mat - I recommend!

I highly recommend this baking mat. Its large size makes it easy to roll out dough and collect pastries on the mat. I love the measurement lines on the side that help me make sure the pieces are the same size. It is also very easy to clean and sticks very well to the countertop. I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and saw a card with an extra dough scraper. I wish I had bought this baking sheet a long time ago.

Pros
