I like that it is very easy to use as well, you can easily add new products or services without having any technical knowledge! The customer service team has been extremely helpful in explaining how everything works so we are able understand our data better than ever before!! It's not much of anything at this point but if they keep adding more features then maybe there will be something for me too haha (but i'm sure its coming!).

We have had some issues with their support staff when trying get help from them during business hours due to time zone differences however once again great communication was made between us all which helped resolve things quickly. There isn't really nothing bad about breed r other wise just make an account using your own email address instead because sometimes emails sent through gmail don’t go thru properly especially after midnight PST/PDT timesh.
