Works great at a great price

Works great at a great price, although at 10Gbps I had to manually set the SFP port to 1Gbps before it would connect to SFP+ without another switch. Even on two Ubiquiti switches, one with SFP and the other with SFP+, there was no automatic link speed negotiation.

Pros

Twinax SFP+ to SFP+ copper cable for 10Gbps SFP+ ports for high speed server connections or network bonding.
