Not only is this little fan powerful, it's also rechargeable! This was one of the main reasons I bought this fan as no batteries were required. Just plug the USB into your computer or add your own wall outlet accessory from any cellphone and charge the fan. The fan comes with blades, a tiny water bottle atomizer and a charging cable (plug not included). The fan was charged for several hours when it arrived and I didn't have to charge it for several weeks. I've used it in outdoor activities on a camping trip as well as working from home and it's amazing. If you are looking for a small portable rechargeable fan that is also very cute, I recommend buying it.
