Most of this item requires a lot of waiting and tending over the period of a week or two so it is great to teach patience to the children. The loved the end result. And the main activity itself of preparing and mixing the ingredients was also an enjoyable activity for them. Enjoy.

- My Grand daughter just turned 10. She really wanted to grow a crystal and loves this one. Great gift.
- Our crystals did not grow. Not sure if I missed a step. Would be willing to try one more time.
