Great for beginners in yoga!

Very thick so that is helpful and great! Comfort always important! However, I do not think it is super helpful with stability during yoga. My hands slide and it does like exfoliate the bottom of my feet when I use it. Kinda gross I see a white skin skid mark left on the mat when I transition from downward dog to warrior 1/2. Great for beginners! I have been using it for a few months now and I may just be outgrowing it and ready for something else now.
