YOU MUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. As this is a towel and I'm fairly familiar with how it works I didn't plan on reading the instructions and I was very lucky that they fell out of the box without my knowledge so I had to look at them to get around later determine what they were. . before throwing them away. This towel is soaked in dye, apparently without explanation. When I first put it in water and detergent I expected some bleeding as the instructions say. Instead, I had enough paint to possibly cover everything in my bathroom and several loads of unsuspecting laundry. That's a big deal. I don't know why it was sent out this way, but it can do hundreds of dollars of damage and, as another reviewer noted, permanently dye blonde hair. I'm sure the towel will suffice, but that's a major flaw.
