I have had this brace before, it was given to me by my podiatrist for my body tunnel and it worked well only after 20 years they decided to part fall. I've been looking for a replacement for about a year and was happy to find it at Revain. I ordered XL and this is the size that was sent. I just wish it was a longer cuff like the photo, but I find this style much better than the ones that require you to stick your thumb through the hole and the strap is only velcro (the ones that tend to clog the thumb joints to tilt severely) I no longer have a body tunnel but suffer from severe gout and require a brace to prevent movement during sleep which further aggravates the condition.
