Bought this product in August. A few months later they started calling me that the pendulum was not communicating with the base. I am thinking of extra batteries and think they need to be replaced. After changing the battery, the message was still the same. I contacted the manufacturer and they said the device is no longer covered by the one year warranty. I told them I only bought the unit a few months ago and they said Revaine bought the unit over a year ago and the factory warranty has expired. The warranty was valid for 1 year from the date it was originally purchased from Revain. Now I have a product that doesn't work, I've never used it since installing it, can't return it because I didn't know it stopped working. The product manufacturer's warranty begins when Revain buys from the manufacturer, not when you buy from Revain.
