Battery Life? suitable for wearable technology

I love this watch and would like to wear it all the time. My problem is the battery. It was fine at first, worked all day and had about 20% left at night, but after about 1 1/2 weeks I charged it to 100% and it only lasted about 3 hours. I would like to know if this is a problem on my end and fix it so I don't have to return the watch.
