Review on Epidemic Sound by David Bott

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Decent alternative if your main focus are Fx

After finding various free sites with similar software I had decided to buy it until a friend recommended this over others. The interface is great for finding specific types of sounds very quickly when making music. It does feel like some parts of the package could be updated or be made more modern compared to other similar services out there. This is nothing but a plus. The price really isn't much different then other paid programs on the market for similar features which I would consider not worth paying extra money for.I do think that this program should expand its list of features. In the time I've used it, there were few issues found however I did work through most them by myself without assistance using both trial versions & guides provided with this subscription. If you're looking for low cost tools for recording audio this has come in at very affordable price point. It allows me to use prerecorded music instead of having to write down songs or record my own beats. The software is very intuitive and it's easy to use for anyone with some experience in audio editing. I think that the price could be lower compared to other programs with similar functions but this has not been an issue so far. I have used the program mainly for sound design purposes (both foley and live). It allows me to compose music faster than using just my own ideas.
