Great for tracking project work, task management, and more

As it integrates with Microsoft Project, it has become much more accessible in managing workload plans. This is very helpful when trying to meet scope deadlines from a larger client. It's also very easy for one person to be creating multiple reports and dashboards. Not so much; still getting used to seeing that little "x" when I want to close something out. Some of the templates may not look as good as those created separately in Power BI. The ability to create different dashboards or views into our projects gives us greater visibility for each project. CMAP has allowed us to use this software to track our client's workload. It gives a detailed breakdown of what each task was completed, how long it took, and who was responsible for that task. I would like to see more tools available to use in the software. We were able to keep track of tasks performed, time spent, billing issues, and other important information on the project.
