I like that it has all our clients in one place, so we can easily see what they are working on at any time as well as keep track on invoices which makes billing faster than using paper files! It's not very user friendly once you get past just getting into the program itself - learning how to use this system takes some knowledge when there should be more tutorials available for people who have never used such programs before. The layout of the program makes it easy for my team and me to track our project progress, keep up with client billing and invoices and stay within budget. I don't like that each time we use the program the interface changes. I wish there was one consistent look so that new users would have an easier time navigating the system and finding what they need quickly. As it integrates with Microsoft Project, it has become much more accessible in managing workload plans. This is very helpful when trying to meet scope deadlines from a larger client. It's also very easy for one person to be creating multiple reports and dashboards. Not so much; still getting used to seeing that little "x" when I want to close something out.
