The rotating earbud is easy to remove.

What I like most about this product. Sound quality, unobtrusive and light (I forgot it was there). The earbud does pivot though, allowing it to lay flat in the case but very easily detaches from the hinge it pivots on. And I think it's only going to be easier to break away from him. I've only had these headphones for a weekend so far. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't a problem.
