I bought the Roku Ultra because I don't have a cable and I can get channels that I couldn't get when I had the cable. I also like that I have a place to store all my apps in one convenient place and I've also noticed that with the Roku Ultra it seems to improve my internet wifi, I don't have any dropouts like before Installation. I also love that you can use the smart card to back up all your apps so you don't have to reinstall every time you enter an app or channel. I also love that I have an app on my smartphone that allows me to run Roku on my phone and that I can use my headset connected to my remote makes it convenient for you to watch TV without having to buy other equipment . Definitely one of the best purchases I've made. This keeps my box in a convenient place on the back of the TV.
