This item represents good value for money. It pulls the piston back after a long pull on the trigger and you can change the speed of the piston. I was able to get through about 2 cases of sausage with pretty little effort. Once a plunger got stuck in my sausage because it unscrewed from the pusher, but I was able to get it out, clean it, and put it back on. I would suggest checking every other sausage for leaks. I also used "bath towels" to wash my guns and hands afterwards. I strongly recommend having them on hand. I'll be using this thing for many years I'm sure. It was a lot cheaper than the big names and that's a good job. Don't be rough with it and I'm sure it will work for you to complete the project.
