Update: School started on August 10th and on August 19th the clock stopped keeping track of time. Don't waste your hard-earned money on this timer! For some reason this timer is smaller and thinner than the pictures or the description. It's about 3/4" thick and the clock portion (excluding the little handle and tiny feet) is about 4 1/2" wide and about 5" tall. I bought it during the Blitz sale for about $10 less than today's price of $37.Definitely NOT something I would leave to my young students because it doesn't seem strong enough.The dial for setting the timer is tiny (but relative to the dial) and doesn't look like it will fall off easily but I would feel uncomfortable handling it otherwise than with care.At the moment the timer seems accurate.It's too small to read the numbers at a distance of more than One meter easy to read I definitely think it's overpriced.
