Cheap mild steel bolts will practically melt if torqued properly; Lock washers ran out from under the nuts. I wouldn't dream of putting a 1000 pound motor on this thing. If you rotate the tube joint, the locking pin holes will no longer align and you will have to rock the hanger back and forth to reinsert the locking pin into the holes. Why sell a product with missing parts? When I went to mount the wheels there were no electronic clamps - either buy cotter pins separately or use wire for hangers!
