From the moment I saw the box I knew something was wrong. It looked like it had been chewed by mice and had been in the water for some time. When I opened it there were loose parts, bolts and nuts from the packaging. I posted everything, of the 69 items listed, 51 were in the box, which of course was returned at some point and just sent back.

Very stable but built by green horn welders, there were spatters in the bolt holes and whoever designed the wheel bolt arrangement has to go back to school. The holes had to go through square tubing or have studs nailed on the inside. Most assembly time was spent installing Ferris wheels. Poor quality control aside, this is a solid motor mount and should do the trick, especially at this price point.

Good buy if you value your money and are looking for those special tools. Assembly could have been easier if the holes on the legs went through both sides of the assembly, but there's nothing that can't be secured with needle nose pliers. While holding the bolt head, insert the nut from the outside. A bit tricky, but it works. Make sure you have the correct working propellers for the engine you will be working on.

Cheap mild steel bolts will practically melt if torqued properly; Lock washers ran out from under the nuts. I wouldn't dream of putting a 1000 pound motor on this thing. If you rotate the tube joint, the locking pin holes will no longer align and you will have to rock the hanger back and forth to reinsert the locking pin into the holes. This is the worst motor mount I have ever used. I own an import business so our engines are small and relatively light and it still does a terrible job. It's poorly made and looks cheap. The wheels don't roll well, the shaft doesn't rotate properly, and the pin holes don't line up after it's rotated. It doesn't even have a hole when the shaft is on the side. I bought three of these.
