From the moment I saw the box I knew something was wrong. It looked like it had been chewed by mice and had been in the water for some time. When I opened it there were loose parts, bolts and nuts from the packaging. I posted everything, of the 69 items listed, 51 were in the box, which of course was returned at some point and just sent back.
