Due to Covid 19 I was working from home and got these for web conferencing. They plug straight into my laptop and look like a speakerphone and stereo headphones. Unfortunately, although they show up as speakerphones, they don't work as speakerphones on Windows 10. I've tried everything I can think of to get my hands on the audio from them. - free device. The only way to get sound out of them is to switch them to a stereo profile. But when I do that, the microphone doesn't work. It works fine with my Android phone but I need it to work with my Windows 10 laptop and it just doesn't work.
