This is my first time using something like this and for a beginner it couldn't be easier. They work really well, they're the perfect size for my homemade breakfast cookies and peel well. I would buy them again. Oh, if you're a beginner too, only fill them 1/2 full as the eggs will expand if cooked on the rim rather than in an open pan.
