Bought this item as a gift for my wife. She loves how little space it takes up on the counter. Also delighted that there are 3 different coffee options. While she's a bit disappointed with the size of the cups to use as a place to crawl under, we should use it without a tray, but that's only because she likes pumping extra milk to keep the cups bigger. .update after many months of use. I also found it quite messy as it's a bit slow at the end and drips too much so when making drinks it tends not to be completely empty at the end he can choose a method. We bought an upgrade that also adjusts to K cups, it was a bit tight and works well.
