Runs small. This top is great if you are looking for a specific piece of clothing to complete your outfit. The buttons look a bit cheap but for a suit or a fun/casual party I think they will do. I wouldn't wear it to a formal occasion. I bought a large one to wear under my cosplay jacket but it was too tight for me to fully zip up and close the vest. I am sending it back but will buy again in a larger size if needed.
