These collars are by far the best I have found. My cat, Ginger, has had a habit of scratching until she bleeds since we got her. Believing that this was likely a symptom of anxiety from mistreatment by her previous owners, our vet recommended trying scented collars. We have been using them for about two years with great success. She no longer grooms herself excessively and is much less likely to scratch her problem areas. These collars work just as well as anything we've used in the past, but Ginger finds them a lot more comfortable than previous brands. They are also much easier to put on and take off than other collars we have. The collars also come in nice metal tins that I reuse as catnip containers.
