Intermittent Disconnection and Radio Interference

I used this on my Dell laptop to connect to a docking station that connected multiple USB devices and a monitor. When using this adapter, the screen sometimes flickered. I also had poor wireless signal with my wireless headphones when used next to a USB wireless transmitter (had to move it to the opposite side of the computer).
