I am a home inspector and use this tool many times a day. This went on for about 3 months and then the grounding plug got stuck in the case and the other pins came loose. I have contacted Klein with a warranty claim for a refund or replacement but they still have not responded to me after 2 months. The warranty must be 1 year. Many Klein products are good, but over the past few years I've seen more and more complaints about Klein tools and this is another one of them. Despite being a great value product, they have to keep their word on Mfg's one-year warranty against defects. Get Sperry. I use this one now with great success and it has the best grip.
