Feels nice but awkward to use.
Itโs not a bad product. I have bad neck pain and this helps relieve some of the pain. If youโre not sitting on a chair, it can be awkward to use. The first time I used this product I heard a rattling sound and a screw was randomly bouncing around in it. Itโs okay for what itโs worth but itโs not my favorite product to use for neck or upper back pain.
- Like it but would be nicer if it was larger
- Heated function may not be strong enough for some users
