Other massagers I have used will stall out if I try to do so. The downside though seems to be that the material will eventually give out as a result (lasted maybe 6 months using 4 times a week for about an hour). I purchased this for travel use - it worked pretty good. Handles of some sort would have made it easier to use / placement.However worst part was I could Not stand the sound!It was an annoying pitch.Had to return for this reason.Again the concept for travel, size, price, massage quality were all Good - it was the noise.

so far so good. we've had it a month. gets deep into muscle. can move it around to hit neck, back, legs. May not be durable enough for long-term use!

An entire page of the manual is given to this glaring limitation: it can only be used in your home, office, and car. Bought one for me and love it. Had a friend over who said her back hurt. Let her try mine and all pain gone so she wanted one too. I have horrific lower back pain and this is the only thing that really helps. I’ve tried different massagers and they haven’t had enough pressure to alleviate my pain. I 100% would buy this again if it broke. That said, despite the cover I consistently get friction/heat burns from this. It’s worth it for me because I need the pain relief. This would be a 5+ star product if I didn’t have burns.

I am a massage therapist. I have chronic neck pain from multiple motor vehicle accidents. Massaging my own neck is not very relaxing, so I decided to finally purchase a machine. I suffer from chronic neck and upper back pain. I find these problem areas particularly tough to address with handheld massagers I've tried in the past. This thing is great as I can use it by myself for relief and not need to ask someone to work a massager on me. Love that it isn't battery operated too because I'm sure I'll use it pretty much daily. It’s not a bad product. I have bad neck pain and this helps relieve some of the pain. If you’re not sitting on a chair, it can be awkward to use. The first time I used this product I heard a rattling sound and a screw was randomly bouncing around in it. It’s okay for what it’s worth but it’s not my favorite product to use for neck or upper back pain.

This is so soothing for my headaches! Takes a little adjustment to hit the right spots, even sometimes puts me to sleep! I don’t find the noise is a problem since I listen to a fan and/or brown/white noise device. The Bluetooth speaker works surprisingly well. I’d definitely buy again!

I bought one for my husband because he was complaining of lower back issues, and then I couldn’t resist and bought myself one because I knew he wouldn’t share! Very happy that I did that because we are both constantly using them .

My third time using it. It stopped working about 10 minutes into it. The heating function still works. The massager isn’t working.

I bought this as a gift for my son and his wife. They like it a lot. It is easy to use and they both use it for their neck or legs, what ever aches. It is a good buy for the price and came nicely packaged in a box with a car adaptor. My daughter in law was especially happy to be able to use it riding in the car as a passenger. I might buy one for myself now.
