Remote reboot does its job.
I recently purchased and installed four of these units. We all work remotely and from time to time the computer freezes, usually due to a Windows update. In the past I had to drive to the office and restart the computer manually in this case. Now I do it remotely with ezOutlet3. I have one on each of our four office computers. Every time I've used ezOutlet3 it has worked great and saved me a trip to the office. Tech Note: You must reset your computer's BIOS to restart your computer after a restart. By default, most computers are set to turn off power after a reboot.
