Full disclosure first: I am not an experienced golfer by most standards. I've been playing for less than ten years. So I can't say how many flaws there are in this ball's performance, because in my own game there are enough of them to make it impossible to know when a bad shot can be caused by a bad ball. Nonetheless. I lose golf balls. A LOT OF. So I shouldn't pay a premium price for quality balls on the market even if I can find them on sale. So the price was the main criterion for my purchase decision. color was different. I'm a bit color blind, so I lose white golf balls far too often. Score. I know I've tried them. I prefer the feel of them. I feel like I'm getting better club response and ball flight than anything I've tried at this end of the market (having played with these other cheaper golf balls, I used to play feeling like I could compare wooden balls or small stones). And this color helps me a lot in my game. These aren't just yellow balls, this shade of yellow catches my eye more than most and makes it a lot easier to track my shots and find my ball. I'm getting results with them that are comparable to what the people I've golfed with have gotten with high-end premium balls, so overall I'm very happy with them. My only complaint is that they are not very durable. Almost every time I find myself in the sand with one of these, this ball has a permanent impact scratch to return (the only place the cheaper balls I've played with have held up better). But I usually lose a frayed ball after a few shots, so that doesn't mean that a frayed ball has a chance of ruining my game. I don't think I'll be switching to a new brand anytime soon. Golf is an expensive game anyway. Finding affordable and reliable golf balls helps a lot to keep it viable as a pastime.
