Excellent product, top quality.
The instructions were good but the large TV just wasn't easy to install. The hardware went to the wall and the TV is fine, but it took three people to install the TV flush to the wall. It takes two to hold the TV and one central observer for it to function in the right place. Overall we are very happy with the results but hopefully we never have to remove and reinstall the TV later! It's great quality and we're not worried about it failing our extremely heavy TV. The flush design is ideal.
