The material is almost "rock hard ".

Bought to clean and polish rims. The material is so damn hard that it won't conform to any irregular shape and isn't even hard/stiff for use on the flat areas of the rim. I kept a bag of seals for a while because I thought they might come in handy for something. As a result, I threw them away because I didn't want to remind of wasted money.
