I contacted Facebook only to be redirected to an email I had already emailed. The device is still not syncing and I have followed all the steps on their website. If they have to provide online troubleshooting steps, they know the problem exists but haven't solved it. They emailed me a few days later asking for a serial number on the box which does not exist. The only text on the box is "Welcome to the Bellabit Family". Not the kind of family I want to be part of when I can't even contact them to set up the device. No chat option, no phone number, no way of contact other than email. I've already spent more time troubleshooting than any consumer should ask. And asking for something impossible, I couldn't rate it any worse.
