Pros: Sturdy enough 8 gallon pot. Sale, compared to some famous cooking pots. The Bad: Although the box/packaging was in pristine, undamaged condition, the pot I received had a dent/small dent all the way down. This means it was packaged with a dent. In any case, it was very minor and does not affect the use of the pot. The thread on the valve was bad and I could NOT attach it to the pot. I only discovered this on the first day I used it (about a month after I received it), but luckily I had another stainless steel valve that I used instead. The lesson is that if you order this item, fully assemble/check all the fittings at once instead of waiting. All in all, a decent price for what you get, with the caveat I mentioned about the valve. I might actually buy another one in the future.
