Problem solved in Plate Casters

First off, this is purely for testing as I cannot vouch for longevity. Well wait, I'm getting ahead of myself, I'm one of those guys, if I do something I'm sure it can outlive me. So I'm making a project trailer for which I bought a trailer jack for a very low price after installing it. Life was good until I left the cargo overnight, the next morning I went out and found the tire broken in half. So I decided to buy a folding leg without a wheel. Problem is, I like rolling the trailer, but when parked I don't want it to roll. So I decided to search the internet for braked casters and found this 1000lb dual lock caster. Exciting thing, it blocks the swivel and the tire (cheap handbrake). But if you know anything about the braking system, then the rollers aren't really designed to hold any weight, and over time they can bend, even with less fixation, but here's what I consider to be called a safe brake should, because that's exactly what I think of it. Wizard.
