Review on Eheim COMPACTON 1000 Aquarium Pump - High Performance Black Pump for Optimal Water Circulation by Amber Hickman

I didn't think that according to the reviews everything would be as bad as it really is. It's boo boo on my part. Don't get me wrong, it's not that loud. But it's definitely not quiet! I figured that with this pump I didn't need a circulating pump; and although it actually works that way. the sacrifice of silent operation is too great. Instead, I'll put it aside for a backup situation, keep the reservoir pump on my Fluval 13.5, and buy a mini circulator pump that doesn't have reviews. I wish I had just done it! They say hindsight is 2020, but after this year is COVID-19. That's an understatement! lolUra
