Very poor customer service from Lowrance

I called Lowrance to make sure I ordered the correct converter. Spare parts collected and driven to the warehouse. I started the installation and found that this converter is 5 pin and the sonar is 9 pin. The fix could be as simple as a plug, but the product description should have said it and the Lowrance tech definitely should have told me. I think it's time to switch brands.

Pros
