We go to a thermal bath with 23 pools at different temperatures. The most interesting thing is that you often have to change pools. In November when we go it's hard to put on shoes to go to another pool. However, if you don't do this, your feet will get very cold and the concrete can chafe your soles after a while. I also ordered a size up because I read reviews saying they run small and I have wide feet. I was happy with the size.
