Review on 10 Inch Soft Close Drawer Slides Set 6-Pairs (12 Pieces),Full Extension Side Mount Ball Bearing ,Less Noise,Load Rating 100 Lbs by Matthew Oumer

The packaging was fine inside and out, each slide looked good individually wrapped in plastic. I installed the first few slides, they seemed to work OK. I noticed some broken plastic while setting up the next slide to install. The damage is on return mechanism, see pictures. Checked the installed slides and remaining slides and observed similar damage on 5 of the 6 pairs. Attempted contact with the vendor, through A Prime and no luck. Re-Learned a lesson here, sometime it's worth it to pay the extra money for quality and not having to purchase an item twice. Stay away from this vendor and product.
