Pros

Terrible translation into 2022 both in the instructions and in the mobile application, nothing is clear. The lidar and sensors do not work well, it knocks on everything, cannot find the base on its own and dock, although the base is installed according to the instructions, there is a sufficient distance from all sides. There is no manufacturer support on the territory of the 2022; there are no certified SCs in Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Region. I've been using it for less than a week. I bought it on 05/29/2022, payment by bank transfer from the card, bank statement on hand. Those. support for the Mi Home mobile application has been delicately silent in response to all messages for three days.
