I have noticed that about half the buttons on my original TV remote no longer work. Rather than wasting time and effort trying to figure out what exactly went wrong and trying to fix it, I decided to try and find a replacement remote at a reasonable price. Found! While the first remote I received was clearly a used one (fingerprints all over and scratch marks in the same places as my previous remote), Revain did the right thing and replaced it for free. The second remote I received appeared brand new, worked and was great value for money. And since the price is even lower than the universal remote and since it's an OEM that has all the features of the original, this is definitely a remote worth buying.
