I would give this rug 5 stars if it weren't for the creases. When I received the bath mat it was folded in a plastic zip bag. When I unfolded it, there were deep creases in the foam on top of the rug. I figured the wrinkles would straighten out and go away in a day or so. After 24 hours, the two creases were slightly less striped, but the center crease was still very deep, similar to when the rug was first unrolled. I thought maybe if I washed the carpet the creases would smooth out. nope Washing didn't help. I let the rug air dry face down, thinking it might help. It didn't help. I turned the rug face up, took the blow dryer, set it on low and ran my hand over and around the fold while blowing back and forth over the fold. Blow drying and mopping removed about 90% of the carpet wrinkles in about 5 minutes. I like the look of the carpet in my bathroom but I was disappointed that the foam retains wrinkles and there are no instructions on how to remove them. .
