Metal racks are nice - dehydrates wonderfully
We used this to dehydrate some fruit as well as to make some beef jerky. Both came out great.And we liked the metal racks. Our old dehydrator had plastic racks - these seem more durable, and we actually washed them in the dishwasher.It was easy to use and looks great on the counter. This was a winner!
