Works great. Toyota didn't make it easy to get to this part but I managed to get the old one out and the new one in. In my 2003 4Runner I needed to drain down the radiator enough to take the top radiator hose off. Take out the serpentine belt and one tube running to the transmission fluid cooler. Also a cover plate. Did it all in one try and no screws or bits left over when I got done! Here's what you need to know. This has no moving parts to wear out. It is just two wires leading to a coil. The coil makes an electrical signal when a magnet goes by. The only thing that can go wrong with it is a short. The leads on mine had rubbed against the transmission cooler tube until one wire grounded out.I COULD HAVE FIXED THE CAR WITH A PIECE OF ELECTRICAL TAPE.
