Beware the solar and wind powered buyer
The first unit I received failed within a few hours. Spent 30 minutes with tech support who concluded it wasn't working. Told him the RV battery was 12 feet from the KID solar charger. Swapping blocks didn't help. After speaking to tech support again, he said the device must be within 5 feet of the solar charger. Don't waste time with this device if your batteries are more than 5ft away from the solar charger.
