I would give 5 stars but for the quality it's more than 4 stars. BUT WORTH THE MONEY! It's definitely worth $16 or $20, I forgot, but it was cheap and worth the money. It's wide enough to hold the entire number of discs, which some of them lack. Some people claim a lot of CDs because they all have sleeves but then when you fill up all the sleeves you can't close them lol. This one does NOT. It definitely fits 128 discs. I've got 65 in it right now and it clearly goes with the rest of the 63 or whatever. It comes with a small label for you to write on (actually 2 blank labels) and a small slot on the back to put it in! What a nice little surprise. I will be buying them for the rest of my gaming systems because of that label. This one was for my Sega Saturn games. Next up are my PS1 and PS2 games :)
