You get a lot for your money
I polished the headlights on my pickup truck that was 20+ years old. Sanded with the largest sandpaper complete with a spray bottle filled with water, wet sanded to the finest grit. I then used polishing paste with a sponge and then toothpaste which is a mild abrasive and they looked brand new. Wet sanding is key to avoiding paper jams and keeping temperatures down. In the end I settled on McGuiar headlight sealant.
